Berge VW always takes good care of both me and my car. Mike is a terrific advisor. My experience at Berge is pleasant, efficient, and done at a resonable price. I would highly recommend Berge VW.

great experience! My husband and I went to Berge Mazda to buy a new car. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The sales person we worked with there was very patient and spent nearly 5 hours with us to make sure we were buying the perfect car. This was a great experience and even with servicing the car, Berge continues to have us leaving happy!

It was literally the best car buying experience I have ever had. From beginning to end it took less time than any other car I've purchased and I actually felt good about the deal when it was completed. The staff was professional and friendly. That is why as you will see when I complete the next survey I came back and bought a second new vehicle one week later. Top notch all the way!!!

I have been a long time Berge customer. Whenever I need to bring my vehicle in for service I can get an appointment right away. Upon arrival, Vince is always there ready to greet me with a smile. He asks me how I have been and even how my kids are doing. Its like seeing an old friend each and every time.

The sales process was great. Matthew was great with keeping up with me and even delivering the car to my business. He was truly exceptional. I will refer him to any and all of my friends.

If you got the letter saying your car is in high demand and they will give you $5000 over KBB, don't bother. It's a scam. I went in and they offered me $5000 BELOW KBB trade in value. They did the same thing to the lady next to me. They just want to get you in and sell you a new car. They are extremely unethical.

If I could rate them 0 I would.... So here's the deal. My wife took her GTI into get serviced because the airbag light was on. The dealership looked at it and said that she needed both front seatbelts replaced and quoted her $700 to do it. $350 for parts ($240 for drivers side and $90 for passengers side + tax) and $350 for 3 hours of labor. First of all... it shouldn't take 3 hours to replace 2 seatbelts. It's a total of 10 screws and some plugs... but whatever. So I took it down and asked if we really needed both seatbelts or if it was just one. They took it in again and did a diagnosis - came back and said we needed both.

I wasn't about to pay them $700 for something that shouldn't cost more than $300, so I took the car up the street to German Motors (Mesa Drive and Southern). They plugged in the VW diagnostic tool and sure enough, it was just the drivers side seatbelt that needed to be replaced. He called over to Berge to order the part - $150 for the one seatbelt (the one they were charging $240 for) and he only charged me for 1 hour.

I went back to the dealership on the way to work and asked them if they wanted to make it right. They told me to get out and pointed to the door...

Don't spend a dime with these con men....
