I just got my tattoo finished (by James), and I could not be happier. It was a cover up job, and James simply turned something that was ugly into an amazing piece of art. I liked it so much, that I am planing the second one already. The shop is clear and nice and everyone is really nice and professional there, so do not feel intimidated to go in (specially Samantha who takes care of all the customers at the front desk and she is very very nice). Thank guys!!

Best Tattoo shop in Arizona!. Very clean, comfortable, friendly, fun atmosphere. They joke around a lot and you can tell they love their jobs. They were nothing but professional and took great care of me and my wifes body art needs. They also have a great piercer named Trevor who is hilarious!

For us, it was well worth the drive from Glendale. There are hundreds of shops in Arizona claiming to be number 1, but this shop really is. They don't have that rockstar attitude you find at some of the other trendy shops. And I bet you all know who I'm referring to... The place is covered in trophies and articles that have been written about them in magazines.

A great group of professionals.

THE BEST I'VE FOUND IN THE PHOENIX AREA. I just got a cover up tattoo last night by James, it is beautifull!!!!!!! I am so happy with it. James is a great guy, he made me feel comfortable & he was very profesional, he knew I was nervouse & did all he could to make me comfortable. The shop was very clean & organized, the staff was great!!!! I will be going back in July to get the rest of it finished & I can't wait, he does beautifull work, I will never go to anyone else as long as I live here, I found my artist :) and I would recomend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!!! URBAN ART RULES!!!!

User review by alidean. I just got an absolutely beautiful tattoo from Sage at Urban Art. It was a large, detailed drawing, and he etched it confidently, smoothly, comfortably, with no time wasted and no line out of place. I will happily return to him for all future body art. Urban Art is kind of out-of-the-way, but worth seeking out.

AS SOMEONE WHO IS IN THE CONSTANT SPOTLIGHT. IT'S GREAT TO KNOW THAT YOU CAN GO THERE AND HAVE A GREAT TIME ALL THE WHILE, GETTING AMAZING ARTWORK DONE. THEY PLAY GREAT MUSIC, AND NO, NOT MY STATION., THE ATMOSPHERE IS RELAXED AND FUN. THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS ALL THE WAY AND MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE THE ONLY CLIENT THEY HAVE. SAGE IS MY ARTIST AND I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. HE'S THE MAN. EVERYONE FROM OUR STATION AND 92.3 GO THERE. YES, WE ARE ALL FRIENDS.WE TAKE ALL THE STARS ROCK AND HIP-HOP ALIKE TO URBAN ART WHEN THEY'RE IN TOWN. A MUST SEE SHOP WITH GREAT ARTIST, ATMOSPHERE, STERILITY AND MORE.

Very Professional and Clean Studio. I've been getting pierced there for about 6 years now and I have yet to find another shop that even compares. Not in prices, quality of work, cleanliness, professionalism. These artists are Arizona's greatest. The new piercer Trevor is remarkable and took his time to go over everything with me. He was very professional and I really appreciated that, since this time my mom was getting pierced too. The only drawback I can see is that the place is always packed and there is not enough parking up front, so you have to go around back. Other than that, I 100% recommend them to you.

Amazing work! Friendy Professional atmos. I first saw them on television about 4 years ago. Since then I've seen and been there about 10 times for all kinds of proceedures. They are amazingly professional, spotless, sterile, friendly- no attitude ARTISTS!

I just saw them again on the Discovery channels', "Body Cutters". They are really a talented group of people that are not about the fad of tattooes, but about the art and it really shows in everything they do. I highly recommend them to the discriminating buyer, you will not be disappointed.
