Just the Best!.
Rosa's has been around for many years, but moved to East Mesa just a year or two ago. Their magic is in the meat. Burritos, tacos and flying saucers are made with lean meat that has been marinated, roasted and then grilled - that's right, it's cooked twice and the flavor and crunchiness are wonderfull. The salmon tacos with a mango chutney are also unbelievable. Rosa's actually is two places - the taco shop in the front and the fancy restaurant is behind it. There really is nothing like it anywhere. Even the simple bean burro is great. Often, the wait is long, but then you know what they say about good food, and this is great food.
