Take your business elsewhere.
I don't know why I've put up with this place for so long. Their selection is great, but their prices, not so much.
However, the employees are what make Milano Music an experience you'll be glad to skip. I recently had an encounter with an awful employee who was outright insulting to my family. I have also experienced unhelpful employees and slow service.
Please, take your business elsewhere!

Unethical.
Never thought much about the company, until my kids band teacher told me how unethically they go about business. Seems they don't support her and the students, are horrible about repairs, and threatened a lawsuit so the teacher would have to endorse them.
Made me sick and sad to think a company that deals with our children would behave like that. For parents, I would strongly ask for their TEACHERS recommendations.

Can't Miss Music Store - So-So Customer Service.
Milano's has been an east valley institution for years and is the first music store I remember visiting. They have a wonderful selection of guitars and pro-level keyboards. That said, the customer service in those departments leaves much to be desired. Questions are met with annoyed responses and price negotiation is met with downright indignation. An uninformed customer could easily be taken advantage of. On the other hand, my wife reported wonderful experiences with the employees working in repairs and those giving lessons.
Given that prices are finally in line Guitar Center and online outlets, this is one place you want to visit... just do your research beforehand.
