LIke a Good Neighbor, Eric was There.

I am single parent and needed help moving furniture into my home. I mentioned this to Eric when I was in his office and he offered to help me. He spent the next Saturday, the entire day, helping me move. I guess this is what is meant by "Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is There". Eric sure was there for me and my kids.

WONDERFUL PEOPLE WITH GREAT SERVICE

I have been involoved with the Langhofer Agency for many years. I have nothing but high praise for Eric and his staff. They are willing to go the extra mile to take care of their clients. Recently, I had an after hours emergency and called Eric at home. He responded quickly and with a smile. I would highly recommend Eric and his State Farm Agency.

This Agency Was Horrible!!

I sent a request online for a quote. This location will not do online quotes, this was the first thing that seemed quite ancient considering today's technology in businesses. When that did not work, I went else where. The next issue was it took over 2 weeks for someone to finally respond to the email that the online tool did send. The lost straw with Langhofer's Agency was when they were not actually reading what I was asking for and started giving me much more information than I had asked. She kept asking for my roommate's information even after I told TWICE I was trying to move and get off the policy with my roommate. After 5 emails of asking for help with just a quote (as I informed I am trying to find the best rate,) they stopped responding. I would dread having a claim with this agency, because they are liable to screw that up, too. Lord help you!!
