Depends on Which Doc You See. I was a patient at this practice for about 3 years. I really liked the NPs. My first baby was delivered by Dr. Williamson and she is quite wonderful. Dr. Grayson is very personable as well. While all the docs are competent, I found Dr. Balk to lack compassion. She was the doctor on duty when I delivered my second baby, who was stillborn through no fault of hers, and she was completely stoic throughout the four-day ordeal and unsympathetic to my emotional needs. Her only concern appeared to be for my physical well-being. Even at our follow up visit she was cold and distant. Later, a staffer at their office referred to my stillborn baby son as "the product of conception" when I called to get my records. While this may be correct medical terminology, it reaffirmed to me that switching practices was the right decision.…
