Best aesthetician ever!!!!!!!!!!. If you want to look atleast ten years younger go see Rom Narducci. I needed a facial because my skin was extremely dry and weathered looking, I was scheduled with Rom and the affair began! I was given a hydrating facial and an excellent consultation. Rom told me I did have some sun damage but he could help repair it. I went back for a chemical peel that made my skin feel and look amazing and surprisingly did not even hurt! It has been three weeks since my last peel and my skin is glowing and I have had many compliments on how my face has a dewey glow! The price of the package I received is very affordable and I can't wait to go see him again, my next appointment is in a week! I highly recommend this person to do any treatment you need, he even has a medical background so it's kind of like going to the dermatologist!

The facility was clean and professional and the employees were extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Right now I guess they are having a "fall promo" where you can get 20% off any services, to make use of the discount see Rom and mention the promo, that's how I got such a great deal!

The chop shop. Note to self, if you call at the last minute and are actually able to get in there is probably a reason. I had to reschedule with my regular person somewhere else so I was overdue for a hair cut. I decided at the last minute to try to get in and "lucky" me there was an opening. 1 mullet and 50 dollars later I am going to be wearing a baseball cap for a while. I stewed for a few days and then had the nerve to call and have someone else fix it. My hair is soooo short. I seriousely lost at least 6 inches between the two cuts. My fault for waiting till the last minute but lesson learned I will NEVER go back.

Shunned...?. I tried this salon on a recommendation from a neighbor because it had a good reputation for being a "stylish" place. Since I was new to the area and it was convenient for me, I was hopeful that I could find a new hair stylist that I could establish a rapport with. Not the case here. The receptionists were nice when I showed up but when the stylist came to greet me she barely smiled, asked me what I wanted done to my hair and began prepping me for the cut. That was the most she talked to me the whole hour I was there. The rest of the time she was talking to her buddy cutting hair next to her. After she cut and styled my hair she did ask me what I thought. I told her liked it, which was true. She walked me up to the counter said goodbye and I paid to leave. The cut was nice but not an enjoyable experience. So, sadly I will not be going back.

Only Average!. I received a gift certificate for a total spa day at Madison Avenue Salon. I received a massage, facial, pedicure, hair cut and color. The massage I received was relaxing but kind of weak. The facial and pedicure were the same, it seemed as if the employees were bored, there was no enthusiasm. Then surprisingly enough I had the same experience with the hair cut and color. The stylist asked me what I wanted and for the next two and a half hours did not say one word to me. The cut turned out great but I was a bit dissapointed with the color. Overall I would say this salon is very average with not a lot of personality. It is also overpriced, I would not go back if I had to pay for it myself.

Great Massage. The massage was GREAT!!! One hour of heaven. Lori is the best.
