We here at KairaâÂ?Â?s Bridal are saddened. We here at Kairaâ??s Bridal are saddened to hear that another bridal shop has closed its doors and left many brides without their gowns. Our store is dedicated in providing brides with a memorable wedding experience and we would like to offer our help to any brides who have been affected by the closure of Once In a Life Tyme Bridal. Our store works with many of the same manufacturers and can help brides contact them to locate the dresses that they ordered or at a minimum help negotiate a discounted price on reordering their gowns. Nobody should have to endure this type of stress before their wedding day and we would like to help these brides in any way that we can.

They just closed with no notice leaving Lord knows how many brides and bridesmaids in the dust. They literally moved out in the middle of the night after dodging phone calls for at least a week.

They have at least 30 unresolved complaints against them at the BBB and I know of at least 2 cases with the commissioner's office. They were also just on 3 on your side!

If you've been "had" by these weasels I suggest you try to sue them instead of just filing compliants because obviously they don't care about their reputation and never have.

OMG!!! Now they double charged myself and my bridesmaids twice and still no call from manager or money creditied back... not even a sorry! I did get a "call back Monday at 2" and thats a week since we were charged. In order to do this they would of had to manually pull our file and enter all of our credit cards, apparently they didn't see the receipt attached RUN people RUN

FANTASTIC. My experience at Once In A Life Tyme was fantastic! Rebecca was wonderful and very helpful. I felt very welcome here, and I also felt like I was the only bride here, even though there were several others. I would recommend this store to all brides to be and ask for Rebecca.

Best Prices. I went to the bridal show downtown last weekend. I spent all day Saturday and Sunday checking out all the different shops and there was alot to cover. I ended up at Once In A Life Tyme on Wednesday to purchase my wedding gown. I knew exactly which gown I wanted and this store beat all the others by far with the best price.

They pass bad checks!!!. This company has written two bad checks to MY business and failed ever to make payment or make it right. I would never do business myself with anybody who runs their business with those ethics!

Awesome customer service. I walked into the store and was amazed at how big and how much inventory they had. They have very beautiful gowns. I wanted to try almost all of them however, I chose a very good selection I had about 20 dresses to try on and the staff was more than happy to help me out. They provide me with all types of advice and I just fell in love with one of their gowns I had to buy. The girls were such a big help. Totally recommend them to anyone.

RUN, DON'T WALK. This store was on my long list of bridal shops to visit while looking for my wedding gown. I called to make an appointment but was told I didn't need one. I really liked that! On the day of my first visit, I was acknowledged right when I walked through the door. The girls were very pleasant and gave me some instruction as to how the store was set up. What sizes and designers were in which rows. They have a very large selection of all kinds of gowns, not just bridal. I was able to go through the dresses at my leisure and never felt hurried or pressured. When I was ready to start trying on, Rebecca was right there to assist me. She was very helpful and I was comfortable working with her. I ended up coming in two more times with some of my friends to get their opinions on my favorite gown. The staff was very courteous each time and said it was not a problem at all. I ended up purchasing my dream gown here and would highly recommend this store to everyone. Laurie Becker

No Appointment. One of the things I liked about this place is you don't have to make an appointment. Many of the other bridal shops require an appointment and that was annoying to me. I was able to go in on my schedule and look around and try on as many gowns as I liked. They have the largest selection of gowns and all the designers. I found my perfect wedding gown and I only had to put half down and can pay the balance when my dress arrives.
