BEST STORE IN TOWN

I PUT MONEY DOWN ON A GOWN AT THE JUNE BRIDAL SHOW, I WAS TORN BETWEEN TWO DRESSES BUT MADE MY DECISION AND WENT FOR IT. FOUR MONTHS LATER I WENT IN TO RETRY IT ON. I STILL LOVED IT BUT... THEN I SEEN ANOTHER GOWN ! ANOTHER BRIDE HAD IT ON AND IT WAS GORGEOUS! AFTER I TRIED IT ON I COULDN'T TAKE IT OFF! I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO BUY TWO DRESSES. AFTER I TALKED TO THE SALES LADY (I THINK HER NAME WAS NANCY) AND EXPLAINED MY DELIMA, SHE CALLED THE OWNER. THEY LET ME APPLY THE MONEY I HAD PUT DOWN ON THE FIRST GOWN TOWARDS THE OTHER GOWN! I DIDN'T LOSE ANY MONEY, NO PENALTY NO FINE NOTHING! I WAS SO HAPPY I STARTED CRYING. TEARS OF JOY. MY MOM STARTED CRYING TOO. SHE SAID SHE WAS CRYING NOT ONLY BECAUSE I WAS SO HAPPY BUT BECAUSE SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO BUY TWO GOWNS AND ALL THE MONEY SHE JUST SAVED! HA-HA. I HAVE BEEN IN ABOUT 8 OTHER WEDDINGS, THIS IS JUST UNHEARD OF! BRIDAL SHOPS ARE VERY STRICT WITH THEIR RETURN POLICIES AND CANCELATIONS. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I WAS IN A COUSINS WEDDING THAT WAS CANCELED. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS STORE AND EVEN THE SERVICE AT THE SHOW. THE OWNER DOESN'T WORK AT THE STORE MUCH BUT I MET HER AT THE BRIDAL SHOW. SHE ACTUALLY WROTE UP MY INVOICE AT THE SHOW AND REMEMBERED TALKING TO ME AND WHICH GOWN I HAD BOUGHT. I THANK YOU ONCE IN A LIFETIME FOR ALLOWING ME TO HAVE MY DREAM GOWN! THANK YOU NANCY FOR ALL YOUR HELP TOO.

This is my favorite birdal shop I have ever been to. My best friend bought her gown from this store two years ago and I was her maid of honor then. We did a lot of shoping around. I purchased my bridesmaid dress back then and had a really good experience so naturally I went to them when I got engaged. My best friend is now my maid of honor and we are all getting our gowns from them. We have never had any problems from their store. I have been in other weddings too and had horrible experiences from other stores. We have gotten to know the employees at Once in a Lifetyme and I personally know Nancee. All of the girls there are either related to the owners or are very good friends of the owners. I even met the owner Raylene and her children at the store last weekend. She was there because her new bridal line had just arrived that she helps design. I loved one off of the couture line. My wedding is not for a year and a half and I am lucky for that! The gown I picked takes up to nine months to get it in because its an exclusive couture gown that is only available at her family store. I am the first bride to order off the sample! I won't have to worry about my gown being the same as any of my friends/family because of how exculsive this line is. I am so excited!!!!!! This store has never been anything but friendly and helpful to my best friends wedding party and now my wedding party. All of the negative remarks are so off base. I have spent a lot of time in this store between the two weddings and I have never even seen an unhappy customer in there yet. Yes they are busy, but shouldn't all good stores be busy? I work retail to so I know how it is when you are busy and trying to help more than one customer at a time. I have full confidence in this store. I already ordered my dress and can't wait till it comes in. The owners sister Rebecca even put on my contract that if by any chance that I change my mind and find a different dress at their store that they will let me exchange my dress for the other dress. She only did that because I ordered my dress so far out from my wedding date. I know I won't change my mind. That dress was made for me. I am so excited. My advice to other brides out there, Go to this store! They are the best and they have the best seamstress anywhere. My best friend had her gown altered there and they are still using the same lady.

I went into this store really leary due to some of the reports on this site. I have to tell you, I am so glad I did. Despite other peoples letters, I had nothing but tons of help from Nancee and Anna. I could not decide between three dresses. I had to come back with my mom and bridesmaid to help me. Again on my second trip, nothing but good service to me and my bridesmaids. I still couldn't decide but I did narrow it down to the final two. I went to other stores at my mothers encouragement just to make sure I had found the right dress. I did not like the other stores attitudes, especially once I told them that I had found the same dress at their store for $300.00 cheaper at Once in a lifetime. I went back the next weekend and Anna wasn't there, but Nancee and Rebecca was. They were helping other brides but they were still able to help me too even though I didn't have an appointment. This time I picked my favorite dress plus found the perfect veil, shoes and bridesmaid gown. Anyone who reads this, go in this store! You won't regret it! The store is beautiful and clean and everyone I have dealt with were really nice. Even when they were busy with other brides! Next I am taking my fiance in to do his tux! I saw a really cool vest and tie that I want him to see. Their prices on tuxes was way cheaper than my brother paid for his prom and it looked way better, sorry bro.
