Pinnacle At South Mountain

Not A Good Place to Live. Everyhting looked nice when I moved into Pinnacle at South Mountain. The first thing I noticed that that you can hear everything that goes on in the neighbors units. Water running, TV's, toilets flushing, people walking across the floor upstairs.

Additionaly, My refridgerator has gone out 3 times in the past couple months, The toilets plugged up repeatedly, never fixed, AC problems, water heater has gone out three times in less than a month. water leakage into my apartment, just to name a few. It takes Maintanance several days to fix things, and often times repeat calls. They dont keep their pool clean, and its become obvious lately that the common areas arent cleaned very often.  View Less … View More

DONT LIVE HERE!! ITS AWFUL!!!. The office staff told my neighbors that put in a noise complaint ( I made a noise complaint because there kids jump every day and it was knocking things off my walls and shaking my unit) it followed with my tires being slashed and getting rotten pottery soil thrown on my unit causing bugs. "Robin" the manager so rudely said said " it is normal apartment noise, there is nothing I can do about it, anything else?" and "if you have problems with each other you need to take each other to court" What is the point of a manger???! They act nice at signing, once your locked in, your screwed! Please read all of these reviews before your in my position. maintence never comes, management is heartless, rude and uneducated!! These units look nice but just so happen to fall apart once you move in. Being close to the wet golf course and all the ponds there and lot of roaches and over sized crickets and grasshoppers.
