TOTALLY DISGUSTED. Reserved a "non-smoking" room when booked thru Orbitz..got off elevator..smoke smell was nausiating..opened door to room..the whole room stunk, the bed, the carpet..everything. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no screen on the 4th floor window, we had to leave window open all night with the heater running to help with the stink. I had my 8 yr old and 14 yr old grandkids with me. The front desk said there were no other rooms, we said we reserved a non-smoking room, they said they did not have to honor 3rd party request/reservations. The pillows were so little and used up, I requested 4 more..no one called or came to the room to bring more or explain that there were no more pillows.so, don't stay here unless you want to smoke or die from breathing smoke, its 2 days later and my throat still hurts and I am coughing...do not book this hotel thru anyone but the hotel, cause they don't care...obviously..We also had a standard room..couldn't get WIFI in the hotel, basically, it was a horrible night and since we didn't know our way around Phoenix, nor get our money back, we left as early as possible the next am....never to return to one of these hotels...really nasty....…
The hotel's quirky little mascot--a bobble head named Red--stands for all the comforts of home at a budget-friendly price..
