this place is THE WORST. unprofessional and below satisfactory. i took my bike in on a tuesday, they said it would be ready in 3 or 4 days, then called me the next day to say it was ready. i called them back to let them know i'd be able to get it saturday, the man was really rude and told me that they don't hold them that long and they don't have any room to keep it and don't i have any friends that could come pick it up for me. so i got my dad to go get it for me and when he picked it up, the chain kept coming off whenever he'd come to a stop. so he took it back and the guy told him that someone must have greased the chain, to which my dad replied he had just picked the bike up and hasn't touched the chain. my dad also said that they had "fixed" the brakes, but he made them redo them because he said they were way too tight. very unsatisfied with the professionalism AND with the bike repair.

I have been doing business with Bob for years. He gave me a great deal on locks when I purchased my house a couple of years ago. Every year he services the kids bikes with inner tubes, chains, and general maintenance. He's an asset to the community. Thank's Bob

Good for keys, NOTHING ELSE. I have been going to BOB for the last 15 years. I used to be treated as a valued customer. Now the last 2 visits for repairs to lawnmower, I have been charged an arm and a leg. I am quoted $18 and ended up paying $75, Bob cited cost of parts increasing. C'mon! They have lost a customer for life!
