Won't use anyone else. I have done Business with Martin Marine for many years and have always received great service and quality work. My boat is only worked on by them.
Horrible customer service. I took my boat in for service on June 14.Between june 14 and june 22 I called 5-6 times to find out what was wrong and to get an estimate. Each time the person who could give me that information was not available so I left my phone number and never received a return call. On June 22 I drove to the place and waited 30 minutes to see the service manager. I was given an estimate and told the boat would be ready on the 27th. I called at 1pm on the 27th and was told I would get a call back. At 4 pm I called and was told maybe friday. The work to be performed requires less than 8 hours of labor. Avoid this boat mechanic.…
