Worst Customer Service

picked up my bridesmaid dress alteration and after paying for it I realized I was charged incorrectly. Although I realized it before I left the store but after I paid, I discussed it with Roena (sp?) and she stated that she would call the bride. I told her forget it because I didn't see a need to bother the bride for an alteration on a bridesmaid dress that I was incorrectly charged for. After I cooled down I called back and left messages for 2 days and was told I would receive a call back but never did. I finally got a hold of Roena the 3rd day and she argued with me and made it seem like it was my fault that I was charged for an alteration that I didn't even have done.

This is BY FAR the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I am only giving this place of business a star because we got a great dress at a fair price. The service however, was awful. After we bought the dress and were married, we took the dress back to the dry-cleaner at the Plaza to be heirloomed. We asked for a written description of the dress and were told that the lady that does that wasn't in, but they would have her contact us asap. We called back four days later, and the message was never conveyed, and the co-owner Royna, who apparently does the descriptions, gave both my wife and I attitude regarding our simple request. This was the CO-OWNER!! She continued to play it off and even tried to put the blame on us, until we got I got to the point I had to call her out. When I did so, she told me she would email me the description, but still had the terrible attitude. If you want a dress, you can get one at a decent price, but NEVER expect good customer service, and I would suggest you take your dress elsewhere to be cleaned.

• Cons: Good prices don't make up for the worst service you will ever recieve. DON"T RUIN YOUR WEDDING WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Great Place

I found my wedding dress there by chance almost 3 years ago. it was a beautiful Alfred Angelo in the clearance room for $99! The service was great! I live in another town so I took my dress home to be altered so I have no complaints there. As for the NO KID policy, THANK GOD!!! nothing angers me more than unbehaved kids running around and lets face it, people don't dicipline their children as they should. I was at David's where I had a child peeking under my dressing room door and his mother did nothing. Thank you AZTECA for allowing me to have my moment with out children!!

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a beautiful dress at a good price. After all, we don't wear them after that night!
