From beginning to end I was able to relax & enjoy my move!. Horizon moving was recommended to me by my friend Robert who used them for a relocation move to another city in the valley. He told me about how nice everyone was and how they packed and unpacked ALL of his belongings. It sounded a little to good to be true.

I was wrong. They were absolutely the best hands down. I had them pack my belongings, move them and deliver. I decided to unpack myself. I was amazed that everything was in the same condition it was before the move. I used two men and a truck and was horrified!!!!! I saw the other reviews & was suprised! I will definetly use them again and I will gladly tell my friends to. It was worth every cent!

Honest and reliable mover. They charged me what they said they would. The salesperson gave me a free estimate print out right in our house - that was amazing. He had this really smart tablet and a portable printer. He even delivered free boxes home. Their service rep called regularly to check how the move was going and if the crew was doing everything they were supposed to do. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Horizon Movers Employ Thieves. We moved from Phoenix AZ to northern CA last month.

One of their packers stole $3000.00 in cash from my wifes bedstand.

I will never use United Van Lines again.

Trying to charge above my Not To Exceed 2 mos. after move. Moved from Phoenix to San Diego with a binding Not To Exceed contract, have recently received an invoice for "Valuation" because my driver filled out my bill of lading incorrectly.

In other words, two months after my move, they're trying to claim that I moved with full valuation, when I did not, as is clearly stated in my contract.

I knew I should have stuck with Mayflower instead of switching to United.
