I'd like to compliment the services given to me by Jessica. She helped us get through a lot of insurance problems and kept in touch with us on every detail and still is. All companies should have an employee like Jessica who cares about the patient. Dr. De Beus makes the patient feel as comfortable as he can. We feel confident in his knowledge of macular degeneration. I come once a month for injections and my eyesight is improving. My wife also had cataract surgery years ago at Southwestern Eye Center.

I recently had cataract surgery and from beginning to end, it has been a pleasant experience. The staff was caring, professional, friendly, and efficient. There was no wait in the waiting room. They calmed any apprehension I might have had, and every need was attended to. Dr. Boyer and his staff were very professional and caring.

Overall, I am satisfied with my visit at Southwestern Eye. There was a 15 minute delay before I was first seen. There was also confusion about which doctor I was scheduled with when I made my appointment. But still, their staff was very friendly and professional.

Each and every time I come to Southwestern Eye Center, I am treated and greeted in a friendly and warm way. Their staff is wonderful. Professionally, they make me feel comfortable and at ease with my treatment. It is obvious that their staff works well with each other and that is important!

My wife and I went in to Southwestern Eye Center for an eye surgery. Dr. Boyer is very good. He explained to us what was going on. He was very pleasant and good at telling us everything. I will recommend them to everyone we know as well as friends and family.
