Terrible service. Will never return. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and got my money refunded for the debacle HTC put me through.

A great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of jewelry, and the shop is very clean. All you could ever want in a piercing studio!!

I've been to both studios, now. Normally I go to the HTC in Tempe, but this one is even nicer! The staff here was also super helpful in answering my questions, and the piercer was great. Plus, this shop has these really nice couches to sit on in their lobby, so it's even better than the Tempe shop. I recommend them both, fully!
