Awful A/C repair company. I called them up on the recommendation of my realtor that they were a good company to do business with. My A/C was only blowing out warm air when I moved into my house so I gave them a call to come fix it. After I arranged for a day for them to come, it took them two days for them to tell me that the technician was sick and couldn't come. (And I had to call them to find out where he was) After that since it was a Friday they had me reschedule for the technician to come on a Monday, and then he couldn't come then either. The work itself was done well once it was finished but the process took more than a week in total. A week without properly working A/C in the phoenix summer is not enjoyable, and they were not willing to give a discount on the price despite the obvious problems. I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time.
