Food for everyone. I loved my Z?Tejas? experience. I attended with my family and had a wonderful time! I thought that the food was absolutely amazing! My aunt is a vegetarian and she had no trouble finding something on the menu. There were many options for her when it came to picking a meatless entree. Everyone can find something on the menu. I loved the hot and fresh cornbread that they served to us complimentary before our meals arrived. The service was also very good. Our server was very attentive to our table and was really understanding about my Aunt?s request for a vegetarian dish. I will definitely be returning to Z?Tejas again soon.

Food disgusting and unedible at best!. Z-Tejas used to be good. WHAT HAPPENED? The ahi tuna was unedible. The presentation was a nightmare, the freshness was horrible, the sauces too sweet. Our waitress was neglectful, the drinks were not made properly, it was very noisy and very passe. Ten thumbs down!

Great Food w/ a Hint of Spice!. The atmosphere was fun and different. The room is designed to be looked at, lots of architectural details. The crowd consisted of couples and friends drinking and laughing. There was a "make your own Bloody Mary bar" that was PERFECT and FUN. The food turned out to be delicious w/ just the right amount of spice! This is my new "not super expensive" place to hang. The service was also excellent.

This dim and chic locale caters to a varied crowd with its zippy Southwestern menu.. In Short
At night, the bar is packed with dressed-up, middle-aged folks acting younger than they ought to, while the restaurant caters to friends and couples who are up for spicy food in an equally spicy setting. Unique salads and sandwiches are contempoary creations witha Southwestern flare. Nibble on fresh-baked cornbread lathered in honey butter before testing the catfish beignets, zippy Voodoo tuna and a wicked ancho chile fudge pie.
