A Birthday Let Down. This company made what should have been a wonderful celebration for my sister and my husband's birthdays a disappointment and embarrassment. The size of our party (16) made it necessary to be split up into two balloons. I was assured that would not be a problem as we'd launch together, fly together as much as possible, and then land near enough to join up for the picnic afterwards. This did not happen - the pilot of one balloon, Walter, supposedly knew nothing about this and was reluctant to accommodate us to get our groups back together for the celebration afterwards. Then after being quoted a rate of $99 per person, they tried to charge us $175 person! A phone call to headquarters did straighten this out. There were other issues - a missing banner, birthday cake not put out, dirty glasses, no call from the owner as promised, later check in time, a dud of a pilot (Walter) who was very condescending and reluctant to answer questions or share information about the area we were flying over, and more. Despite my calling to confirm all the details the day before, and then a call by the company the morning of the flight to confirm people and time, things still went bad - very poor communication and follow through! There was no attempt to offer any sort of compensation for our trouble!

Take a gentle, leisurely balloon ride through the desert skies.. In Short
Float silently over the Sonoran desert while sipping champagne. The FAA-certified pilot skillfully brings the balloon's basket to within inches of treetop level, giving passengers incomparable views of the desert landscape. The balloon will soar to 400 feet before it gently returns to the desert floor. Tables are set for adventurers to enjoy a meal prepared by famed chef Vincent Guerithault. Enjoy a champagne breakfast or sunset hors d'oeuvres in his unique hybrid of classic French cuisine and Southwestern style.
