Outstanding place to live!. Pleasant, secluded community nestled in the boulder hills of North Phoenix. Attractive well maintained facilities with a Polynesian flair. Main Clubhouse is comfortable place for cards, pool playing or watching large-screen TV. Rec hall is main gathering place for regular activities, including dinners and dances. Adjacent to this complex is a large pool and sundeck. and a seclued inground hottub. A second pool & hottub is located near the northwest corner of the community. Also available are 2 tennis courts. The property is well managed, and while the rules are strictly enforced, they provide for a clean and pleasant environment. From the moment you drive through the gates you are impressed with the beauty of the property. Once you visit, you will enjoy the friendly residents. This is a 55+ community.
