Salesman was very helped and worked to get us the best deal on a 2012 FX4. Was very knowledgeable about product. It was a very hot and humid day and made multiple trips in and out of the dealership. I would recommend Steve Poels to anyone that wants a great salesman at Ford.

We are writing to acknowledge and applaud your outstanding employee Zach Jun. Mr. Jun is very impressive- impeccably groomed, polite and poised. He brilliantly demonstrated his vast and superior knowledge of the Ford products we were interested in with grace and finesse. Mr. Jun exemplifies just the person a buyer would hope to work with - the educated professional who is outstanding at what he does. But for Zach, we would still be looking for just the right truck. We have been on task for many months and no other salesperson among all the major motor companies can come close to who Zach is, and how he represents Ford Motor Company. James White was our sales associate. He greeted us as we arrived on the lot. He was friendly without being over-bearing. He listened to our interests and di not try to redirect us to any other vehicles. He was patient as we test drove three different vehicles. Throughout the entire process, he was friendly and professional. he is the type of individual we will work with for any future car needs. He is an exceptional sales associate.

We came from Florence to buy from Bel Ford. We were greeted by Cassandra who ended up selling a Ford Transit. She showed us just how friendly and courteous a salesman (saleswoman) could be. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in a new Ford product. He never showed any "pushyness" that is so prevalent in many sales people. Thank You Cassandra

Wayne is truly as asset to Bell Ford and you are fortunate to have him!!! Wayne followed up regarding our interest in purchasing a different truck but was never overbearing or insistant. He was very accomodating to our schedule. When we finally arrived for our appointment, Wayne had done his homework based on notes taken from prior conversations. Throughout the entire process, Wayne was VERY accomodating. He was very patient, enthuasiastic and answered our questions thoroughly, hie demeanor was very comfortable and assuring. After nearly 6 hours, finally the decision was made and the deal was done! By this time, Wayne's day was to be done -did he leave?- Heck no!! Diligently and patiently, he proceeded to finally all the paperwork. We kept apologizing to him for keeping so late and he assured us at it was not an issue at all. 3 hours later.. DONE :) If this is not dedication, we don't know what is!! Thanks Wayne! You've gained loyal customers!

I appreciate the professional way they handled my auto loan purchase. I am glad that when we listed items that needed repair on our vehicle they guaranteed those things would be fixed. That shows good customer service.
