So glad that Scott came in early so that I could the Escape I wanted! Lots of information from him! all my questions answered- and it was probably one of the fastest sales he's ever made. Thanks for a speedy and satisfying buying experience.

Scott was great - We emailed and spoke various times. He was persistent but not overly aggressive. Looked at a couple of other dealerships and brands of vehicles. But guess what?! Bell Won!!

Of all the dealerships I have been to, I have never been treated more kindly or had better service. Darlene did a wonderful job getting financing at a payment that I could afford comfortably. She and Anthony found me a beautiful car I am sure to be happy with for a very long time. I would highly recommend my friends and family to come to Bell Ford for their next car purchase.

Bell Ford Service Center employees are unethical. I brought my F150 in for The Works cause I can't change my oil for less myself. Every time I go there they say I need something. This last time, Thomas said my brake fluid had high moisture content. I asked, how do you know that. He said they put test strips in the fluid and it tells them. I just bled out my entire brake system and replaced the fluid with new DOT 4. After I told him that, he could not look me straight in the eye and got me out of there as quickly as possible! Both Bell Ford Service and Bell Ford Quick Lane are 100% CROOKS!

David gave me great service and wasn't pushy and got me what I wanted. Totally stress free! First time buying a car this way. Great experience and I would highly recommend David to my friends and family.

I would love to thank you for the wonderful way I was treated in buying my new Ford Mustang. I would especially like to thank Chris Dacosta for all his help. He knew what he was talking about when explaining the features of my new Ford Mustang. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I felt he was also like a friend to me. I really appreciate that. I would also like to thank Teen Dierks for getting me a great deal. That was my best experience in buying a new car I have ever had. Thanks to all who was involved.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!!!! This has got to be the WORST Ford dealership in the state of Arizona! Their employees have the mentality of 5 year old children. When a manager comes outside and tells a customer that she is not the only person in the world, you have problems. They do nothing but lie, and will take a qualified buyer and tell them to hit the road if you don't do as they want. They also don't check their cars to make sure they are fueled for test drives! My unfortunate experience was that they took me for a test drive and the car ran out of gas. I was standing outside in over 110 degrees waiting for them to come and relieve us. Good thing that everyone that went past saw Bell Ford on the car! Their management team is a ridiculous joke, or should I assume that everyone is a manager including the salesman? The finance manager Steve, is a confrontational child that needs to go back to the 5th grade where he belongs. He does not know how to treat a customer, and a qualified one. But one thing he sure does know how to do, is lie, and open that big mouth of his. For such a little guy he sure has a lot to say. If i could save one person from the hassle I went through, I will be happy.
