I recently found myself needing a truck for work and play. I saw a Titan online that I liked and requested info. Trenton got in touch with me right away. After explaining my credit situation he informed me that he could help me. I came in and Trenton showed me a Titan. His director, Ken, worked with me and helped get me approved. They really helped me out and made me a customer for life. They treated me with respect after being mistreated at other dealers.
This is a review for the Service Department: Ordinarily, I avoid service departments at dealerships, but I brought my car in for an electronic issue that needed to be serviced by a Nissan dealer. The service reps were great! They listened to my concerns and worked to make sure that I was happy with their work. I left feeling like I got a good value for what I paid, which generally does not happen for me and car repairs. I will definitely bring my car back; they have a new loyal customer.
They always get me in and out as soon as they can. Everything is always good when I take my car in. They washed it for me, they did the whole thing. Can't think of anything that they left out.
My experience with MIDWAY NISSAN was absolutely AMAZING!!! I had been let down at another dealership before I drove into this place. With my terrible credit, I had very low expectations! As soon as I parked, the sales person that assisted me was unbelievable! My original plan was to apply at FOUR or more dealerships and see who could help me. Once I set foot in this dealership, my search was over. I was in and out within 3 hours. (including the search, test drive, negotiations, paperwork, and new car tutorial) I would recommend ANYBODY to go to MIDWAY NISSAN when in search of a new or used vehicle.
After an impressively negative experience with a previous dealership, I had to get rid of the car that I had. Midway Nissan was wonderful in helping me get rid of the car in the easiest and best way possible. I left the experience confused by the fact that I actually enjoyed my time at a car dealership. Yes, I actually ENJOYED my time there. Weird, I know. The people there are absolutely spectacular and do everything in their power to make sure that you are having a good experience. Very impressive.
I have brought my car into the service department several times. EVERY time I have had amazing customer service! Andy (the Service Advisor) is very friendly and knowledgable! He always makes me feel comfortable as he explains in detail the services that need and more importantly, THINGS I DON"T NEED. As a female, it's nice to not feel taken advantage of while dealing with a car dealership. Aaron, the customer Service director also continuously ensures that I am taken care of. I will continue to trust my car with them!
My smal family was growing and getting ready to have our 4th child and we needed a larger vehicle. Joshua Pinnegar jumped throguh hoops, made phone calls, and did everything in his power to deliver on his promise to get us in an affordable vehicle that would suit our needs. At the end of the day he had managed to get us into a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring with very low miles and a payment in the relative range of what we asked for. At the end of the day he even helped me deliver it to my home 65 miles away on his own time I just covered his gas. He even calmed hte storm at one point when I got irritated with a sales manager who was confused about our needs. Over all this was a great sales experience made possible by Joshua Pinnegar and I was impressed so much thta I have committed to buy my next two vehicles from him exculsively. Midway Nissan and their staff do live up to their claims. It is a great company at least from my experience.On top of all of this Juan at finance even compensated me gap insurance and a new warranty. Couldnt be happier.
My overall experience with Midway Nissan has been nothing short of excellent every single visit. I currently have a Nissan Rogue which I use as a work vehicle so I am constantly getting regular oil changes and extensive maintenance done. No matter the extent of the issue ranging from minor to extreme the staff is always ready to help and get the job done right and in a very timely manner. I have made appointments which were withheld and done as quickly as I was told; I have also walked in without an appointment and have been greeted just as friendly and helped just as fast and timely. from getting a quick oil change to having to leave my vehicle for a few days and taking a rental car from Nissan it has always been the absolute best customer service, quick professional service, the friendliest staff, very reasonable pricing and specifically my preferred employee I always go through Leslie Moses always checks if I qualify for any special deals and/or and coupons etc. which is very greatly appreciated from myself and my company. The overall experience is absolutely stellar and I could not be happier with my ongoing experiences with Leslie Moses and here spectacular team of technicians.
The sales team was very friendly, courtious, knowledgeable and helpful. They made the experience comfortable. The deal offered was very acceptable. Recommend Auto Team first.
