Courteous and Professional Staff

We have used Bekelian Motors in the past and their service has been exceptional. Any service and repairs that needed doing were discussed with us prior to doing any work. We were informed as to why and the cost of service. If suspect items were discovered, we were notified and allowed to make the decision to do or not do the repairs at that time. Cost of repairs were fair and equitable.

When they followed up at a later date for service that may be due, there was no pressure applied to book an appointment. They did as all professional service people do and offered times available for appointments. When I informed them that I needed to discuss it with my wife, they were understanding and courteous and followed up the next day to set an appointment.

It is a very heavy investment to have the same diagnostic equipment on hand that Volvo dealerships do to service Volvos. They have made that investment which insures that customers have the best, top-flight, diagnostic capabilities available to them.

It is rare anymore, to have service people follow up and handle customers with such professionalism. I have no reservations of giving them a "Five Star" rating.
