the best service and awesome equipment ever!

remember waaayyy back in the 50's when store owners and employees actually cared about the customer? well at 'karaoke now' you ARE back in the good ole days! steve was the best ,not only giving out his personal # if there were any problems with anything ie- setting up, sound, music, ect... well i did end up calling him, on his night off. the music i burnt on 5 cd's for my wedding the next day was not playing on the machine. he not only explained everything to me, he also went and bought blanks, recorded my 5 songs seperately and brought them to my house. he knew i was a wreck and he made everything work. all on his day off. now you might say, well that was real cool of a store owner to follow thru like that. well guess what, HE DIDNT EVEN OWN IT BUT HE TOOK SUCH PRIDE IN HIS JOB! I WAS SO IMPRESSED. now i know where i am going to get all of my equipment for parties and i would refer them 100%.
