Great Service- Professional Atmosphere-Personal Touch. I was greeted promptly when I entered the store, and the clerk was very attentive to the issues that I was having with my computer. The representative took my computer in the back of their store (where the work on it and not ship it) and had given me a scheduled date for the the repairs to be completed. I was phoned by SPSI that my computer was fixed and that it was ready for pick up on the date they had set for completion. It was nice to go to a place of business that knows your name and your concerns and not a big box warehouse where you take a number along with the other customers and hope for the best. The personal touch, the professional atmosphere, and the kind of service that you would want, is something that will keep me coming back again and again! Thank you Troy and Crew!

SPSI - Outstanding customer service. I started coming to these specialists almost 15 years ago, back in the old Win 95 days. The outstanding customer support provided was THE driving decision for my Toshiba purchase choice every time it came to upgrading my laptop.

I made a huge mistake in purchasing a Fujitsu and extended warranty from Fry’s Electronics. That was a bad experience. I decided to return to the ole’ faithful workhorse Toshiba, purchased a Qosmio from Frys & extended warrently.

Space allowed does not allow me to tell you the whole story ,( I am not allowed to give you my email for details of how hard Fry’s worked to NOT support their warranties).

When I had trouble last fall I came running to SPSI after Fry’s turned their back on their warranty once again & again 8 months later. Finding customer service you can take to the back over years is rare.

SPSI are Heroes who have come to my rescue professionally, efficiently & always in time to get me back out the door for urgent meetings or national trainings.
