Worst Place That You Can Shop!. I've purchased about $5,000.00 in RC aircraft and parts from Hobby Bench. Every time I make a big purchase, I get smiles.

But when I go in to purchase smaller $10.00 parts, I get nothing but a piss-poor attitude.

One Older gentleman there who flys gliders is a really good guy.

But the other older guy back there who owns warbirds needs to find another job.

He treats you as if you're wasting his time.

I won't even talk about the overpriced merchandise.

Best Customer Service EVER. I've been to other Hobby Shops around the valley and their employees seem not to be happy about their job and they are usually on a very bad mood.

However, People at Hobby Bench on 19th Ave are AWESOME! they are always helping everybody with their questions about setups and tuning their Nitro engines. I am not sure how much they know about anything else besides cars but i would imagine that they are great as well.

They are super friendly and the guy over at cars called Randy is an Expert on them and i can call him anytime and he will help with any questions.
