SCAM!! BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS GOING DOOR TO DOOR IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD CHASING HAIL DAMAGE REPAIR. BEWARE! THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO SIGN A CONTRACT BEFORE YOUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER HAS EVEN INSPECTED YOUR HOUSE. THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES ABOUT NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES TO THE HOMEOWNER. IF YOU READ THE FINE PRINT THE HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIMINISHED VALUE OF THE EXISTING ROOF AND YOU WILL BE AGREEING TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE OUT OF POCKET. SCAB contractor....Beware. I have a house built in 2007, about 3 months ago I noticed brown spots on my ceiling after a hard rain. I called my insurance company to come and take pictures of the damage on my roof which they did. It showed concrete tiles flipped up and not secure to the roof. I called Diversified Roofing who installed them and they sent a crew to patch the leak. They refused to repair the damage to the attic and kitchen. After investigating I found that they didnt bother nailing any of the tiles down on my roof, so they shifted with the wind. My neighbor had the same problem 2 years ago with water leaking into their bedroom. Diversified gave them the run around, BTW the homes are 4 years old.…
