SCAB contractor....Beware. I have a house built in 2007, about 3 months ago I noticed brown spots on my ceiling after a hard rain. I called my insurance company to come and take pictures of the damage on my roof which they did. It showed concrete tiles flipped up and not secure to the roof. I called Diversified Roofing who installed them and they sent a crew to patch the leak. They refused to repair the damage to the attic and kitchen. After investigating I found that they didnt bother nailing any of the tiles down on my roof, so they shifted with the wind. My neighbor had the same problem 2 years ago with water leaking into their bedroom. Diversified gave them the run around, BTW the homes are 4 years old. View Less …
Sloppy Work - Continues To Leak. I would avoid these guys. I paid the usual 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion ... They took over a year to complete to satisfaction. Roof continues to leak almost 1 1/2 years later. Took over a year to reassemble A/C drainage they took apart on roof as well as damaging sky light cover and never fixing. Follow-up was terrible, very disorganized company. Find someone else. View Less …
