Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon Great Eats. Eleven of us went on a group lunch from work and the lunch menu had a great selection. Their grilled pork chop was soooooo tender and yummy. My co-workers had steak, she said it was so tender as well, another had the salmon, he loved it, another had the grilled chicken sidewinder sandwich, again loved it. They have the best burgers and fries too and of course their signature lettuce wedge with blue cheese dressing, yum and last but not least; their most excellent baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar. Who needs dessert.

Good atmosphere, good food.. Very good steak house for it's price. Friendly staff. The wait staff I have encountered in many visits were patient, considerate and polite. Only once did I go there and had a meal that wasn't to my desire. I sent it back and I didn't get back the same steak recooked. I got a fresh steak. I like that kind of treatment. This was one time where a line cook shouldn't have been there. I'm sorry to say he couldn't cook a fillet without butterflying it. I have never seen such a thing. But that was one experience of many. Many pleasureable dinners vs. one not so. It's bound to happen. All in all, this is high on my best choice list.

Best Steak Ever. On Tuesday June 15th 04, my husband and I stayed at the Comfort Suites on North 26th Street, as I have a brother in Critical Care at John C Lincon Hospital, from an auto accident. On our way back to the room there was 4 major places to eat.We picked the lone Star. Having the Out Back Steak house and then the lone Star. We have already ate at an Out Back, so we decided to try the Lone Star. It was the best steak for tenderness, and the taste than we have ever had. Everything that came with the dinner was great. Thank goodness we stoped there, and we will certenly do so again. We live in Prescott Valley, and do not have a Lone Star. But sure wish they would put one in here.
