The first time they were scheduled, the maids called saying they would be 45- 60 min late & she could barely speak English. When they arrived I explained what I needed cleaned & realized that neither woman could speak much English but we communicated enough for them to understand my needs. Really wanted to use service - signed up for 3 times per week!! They did not complete terms of agreement nor did they complete list of duties that they wrote up!! Could get no response, no call-backs, no follow-up to survey we completed, so canceled service!! Too bad because we were so desparate!! Just sent 3rd email to owners........ curious as to why they don't care or need the business.....
