Wonderful!! Carsten Salon is now my Official Salon!. I had a wonderful cut and color at Carsten Salon in Phoenix. The salon was very modern and I liked the fact that all of the stylists wore the same thing...very professional. Besides that, my color came out perfect and the cut was technically superior. I am even able to style it every morning and have it look like I just walked out of the salon. I am very pleased and now consider this Carsten Salon my official salon!

technically incompetent and rude. My experience with Carsten was EXTREMELY disappointing and I don't even believe one star was earned. I asked for the BEST colorist they have and my hair came out an odd shade with a reddish tint when it was supposed to be brown with blond highlights. Technically incompetent (and yes I know it is related to the Carsten beauty school). More disappointing was when I went back to get it fixed and the owner was a rude defensive mess. I would have gotten a better result from supercuts and I spent $140 getting the mess fixed.

Great experience in gorgeous salon!!. My highlights and cut have never looked sooooo great!! My stylist and the staff were sooo friendly and always smiling. Great experience!

An Uptight Salon. The stylist was rude and not friendly to me. The salon is cold and uncomfortable. The skill level is only average.
