Always on time!. I walked in at a busy time but was greeted immediately. I had to wait just a bit and the lenses got changed and it came out perfectly. I am very satisfied with results. I can see clearly!!

Alex Optical. I left America's Best because they advertise 2 pair of glasses for $79, sure they had some but not the ones I seen on TV. Everything was an add on by the time I was done, 2 pair was over $275.00. I went to Alex Optical on Sunday at AZ Mills Mall. Carol was not pushy and I got 2 pair for $240.00 and Joe made them in an hour for both pair. They have a doctor there to examine the eyes for only $29.00

Wonderful Deal!!. I need progressive with transitions and saw on t.v. buy one get one free. I only need one pair. Their frame selection was very basic and one pair was going to cost $380 and 5 weeks and 3 days to make them. Went to ALEX OPTICAL on Thomas Rd. Frame selection twice as big and one pair progressive transitions made the same day was less than $300. Luckily I found this place.

You guys are the best. "Unbelievable," I wanted to use my own frame: A drill mounted rimless; I went to Eye Masters they referred me to Alex Optical because their lab can't drill mount. Alex made me progressive transitions drill mount same day and half the price of LensCrafters. The optician let Eye Masters send all the customers to Alex, not one has ever come back to say a complaint, so they must do a good job here at Alex Optical.
