A Big Disappointment!!!. I received a beautiful flower arrangemet on Friday Morning and the long stem roses were perfect. I have received quite a few arrangements in the past from other compaines that have a guarantee on freshness within a certain time frame. By Sunday the flowers looked horrible. I changed the water to see if it would help but it didnt. I know these arrangements aren't cheap and its unfortunate they only lasted for three days. I called the shop and they did nothing for me. I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Future customer. I came into work today and saw a beautiful bouquet on the counter, promoting the shop.

I didn't think too much about it at first, but then the smell hit me. It was such a nice fragrance! not too light and not to overbearing!

Plus the colors went very well with each other.

So, I grabbed one of the business cards and I'm definately planning on getting something for my mother for her birthday!

By the Bunch provides outstanding floral arrangements along with excellent customer service. :) I wanted to use a local florist in AZ for a very special person on a very sad day. I live in Utah and searched the web for the best reviews. I knew the minute Debbie answered my phone call along with the pictures on website the arrangements would be perfect. When I received a text picture of the arrangement, yes, it was perfect. Thank you By the Bunch!

Fantastic personal service!. We live in eastern Washington state and I found By the Bunch on this site. What a great find! I had an idea of a specific plant I wanted to send my grandmother for her 85 birthday but another florist I called had no idea was it was. I called By the Bunch and, while they weren't sure they had that particular plant available, they gave me two other options so I would know what I'd be sending. Well, not only did they find and send the original plant I requested, it was absolutely gorgeous and huge! My grandma can't stop talking about it and is enjoying it more than we could have hoped for. We were so impressed, I'm calling them today to have them send a Christmas arrangement, too!

- I go in

- I tell them how much money I was expecting to spend, who it is for, what theme I'd like;

- I leave with fantastic flowers.

Fabulous tropical floral arrangement. Debbie of By the Bunch personally made a tropical floral arrangement for me to take to my mom in the hospital after her knee surgery. The arrangment was so fabulous, utilizing some of the largest flowers I have seen and some flowers thatI have never seen before, that we had nurses and other visitors to the floor stopping in just to admire it! Debbie is not only an artist with her arrangements, but she as the highest quality standards for her flowers.

Most Beautiful Tropicals In Town. First of all, the shop has moved to a bigger, BRIGHTER space on the corner of 32nd St. & Indian School Rd. Wow! Excellent first impression of the new shop carries all the way through CHEERFUL customer service to the end product...gorgeous tropical arrangements (you feel like you're in Hawaii when you walk in) OR romantic traditional arrangements such as combinations of roses, tulips, lilies and gerbera daisies. I loved perusing the big coolers and asking which flowers would enhance each other. Debbie (the new owner) and her employees were helpful and patient while I tried to make up my mind. The arrangements I chose were finished on time and were even more creative and beautiful than I had expected. It was a pleasure to do business there. I'd recommend By The Bunch to anyone who wants to receive a top-notch product while being treated like a valued customer. JNM-Therapist

Best Flower Shop. I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers this year for my birthday!! My boyfriend went to By the Bunch. I highly recommend this florist shop. It was an all white arrangement of tulips, lilies and roses!! Just beautiful. And the arrangement lasted for a long time!! The flowers are high quality. The staff at By the Bunch if friendly and most helpful! The shop is so cute it is worth the stop and while you are there you won't be able to resist purchasing some of their beautiful flowers!!

p.s. The shop has moved to the Northwest corner of Indian School and 32nd st.
