WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PHOENIX. WENT TO WATCH A FOOTBALL GAME WITH GIRLFRIEND, THE FOOD WAS HORRIABLE, MID WAY THOUGH GAME THEY CHANGED THE CHANNEL DUE TO UFC FIGHT,FOR CUSTOMERS WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT GO THERE,? THE BOSS? WAS RUDE AND A ASS! WE HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 9 YEARS, NOT ANYMORE ,WANT A GOOD PLACE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, GO ACROSS THE STREET TO ZIPS! HAZELWOODS IS A JOKE,!

NEVER AGAIN. Ive been there 2 times in the past 7 months, I quit going in because of the warm beer and cold......well not warm daily food specials, so i decided i would go in again with a buddyon Jan.19,2011, ordered a beer and ask the bartender if Tthe food was hot she said yes, so we both ordered the special of the day, chicken fried steak,mashed potatoes,gravey and corn, steak was over cooked potaoes and corn was almost cold. Well i see not much has changed at Hazelwoods at all, still cold food but at least the beer was cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Great Place for "The Game". We have been frequenting Hazelwoods for over a year now. It is an awesome place to watch "The Game" - whichever one is the one for you. I warn you - don't expect your beer to be full all the time and the server to be smiling as she gives it to you (it does remind me of a little of home), management is aware of this and is working on it. The bar and its surroundings are clean and well kept and the patio is very inviting and the pizza is spot on every time we order it. The beer is always cold (this is key - ever get a warm beer at a bar? yuck!) and although they always have their staple beers, they often get in special beers worth trying. They have really improved their atmosphere since we started going there and we also enjoy their live music and trivia on tv. All in all a great bar that no matter what, you feel comfortable in with a great selection of beers, delicious food with lots of tvs and video games to keep you occupied and having a killer time. Go!!!

Great place to watch the game.. I've been a regular at Hazelwoods for years. I recommend this sports bar to anyone looking for a good place to watch the big game. We go in there all the time.

Super burgers. We visited Hazelwood's on a Thursday evening and had a great time. Excellent Kobe burgers and salads.

Good prices and good value. Had good service from a personable waitress. Also, a good mix of patrons from suits to cyclists. We'll go back again.

OH MY GOD EVERYTHING A SPORTS BAR SHOULD NOT BE. THIS PLACE HAS TWO "OK" SERVERS AND ONE NOT VERY GOOD BARTENDER ON A FOOTBALL SUNDAY HOW DO YOU CALL YOURSELF A SPORTS BAR

THE EXTREMLY UNDERSTAFFED STAFF IS SLOW AND RUDE AND HOW BOUT USING THE MONEY YOUR SAVING BY UNDERSTAFFING TO BUY A NEW AIR CONDITIONER OR FIX THAT MESS OF A PATIO OR HOW BOUT A COOK THAT CAN MAKE A HAMBURGER, ILL JUST SETTLE FOR A PRETTY BARTENDER. IT IS CLEAR FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE XCEPTION OF A FEW OBVIOUS REGULARS THAT ARE PROBABLY GETTING FREE DRINKS THAT POPULAR OPPINION IS THE SAME AS MINE.

EITHER STAFF IS RUNNING THIS PLACE OR MANAGMENT DOESNT HAVE A CLUE

IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW UNFORTUNATE SOULS THAT CHOOSE TO ENDURE BAD SERVICE HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE TERRIBLE FOOD AND STAFF THAT LOOKS LIKE THEY SHOULD BE WORKING AT A TRUCK STOP MAKE SURE TO ORDER YOUR BURGER WELL CUZ THATS HOW YOUR GONNA GET IT. Horrible Service, Horrible Food, and I'm easy to please. I'm from NY and am used to what most people would call "poor service" but this place was the worst. I love watching football, eating burger and drinking beer on Sundays. My girlfriend was in town and we decided to check this place out. It was Sunday afternoon, Septemper 16th and we were seated outside (just in case the GM checks these.) The waitress was the unfriendliest person I've ever been served by, again, that's saying something from a New Yorker. We both ordered burgers and a side of green chili. After a half and hour the waitress came out and told usthey were our of green chili. It took her a half an hour to tell me that?! We were starving so I told her to just bring the burgers. After almost an hour we finally got our burgers. I used to work short order, so I know how long a burger takes. I think she just forgot about us. We ordered our burgers medium, they came out cooked overly well... except one side of my burger was still raw. It was disgusting. I'll never go back, and I would suggest anyone reading this stay clear as well.

GREAT SERVICE. Food is great, drinks are even better SARA & ANGIE ARE THE BEST ,THE BEST SERVICE YOU COULD EVER WANT & NICE AS HELL THEY SHOULD TEACH EVERYONE ELSE. THE BAR TRYS TO BE TOO MANY THINGS ITS JUST A BAR NOT DOWNTOWN LIVE OR McDUFFYS THE BAR MANAGERS AND OWNERS NEED TO GET A CLUE THIS IS A LOCAL SPOT THAT THE LOCALS LOVE BUT THE HIGHER UPS ARE DRIVING US AWAY AWAY AWAY

best pizza. I`ve been coming to this bar since the early 90s and love everything in the bar.From the high def TVs to the great atmosphere on the weekends.The changes you have made over the years have been awesome,makes me wanna come for more...The hot wing pizza is my favorite pizza in the valley.Then I come in one day and ask for a menu(I usually know the menu by heart)and my fav sammy in the world is on it.I adore the gyros sandwich on pita bread..It melts in your mouth.The enormous size chicken salad is another one I love too.The whole crew there at hazelwoods is great too.Friendly and helpful.....they keep me coming back for more...love you love your show....MR HAZELWOOD YOU ROCK!!

TERRIBLE FOOD and terrible service!. I hadn't been to this place in about 3 years because I moved out of town. When I lived here I went about 3 to 4 times a week. Food was good, girls were friendly and the people were nice. I am visiting and couldn't wait to go back. I guess the lady that used to manage it is no longer there. I'm not sure what her name was but asked the waitress and she said her boss had always been a guy. WOW! You sure can tell that lady isn't running things! The food was darn near inedible!!! The waitress was as rude as I have ever seen! I decided that after about 15 minutes of not getting our drinks I would go to the bar. The bartender was worse than the waitress!! Iknow it was a Friday night but the place wasn't even that busy. The bartender was having a conversation with someone at the bar and continued for another 4 to 5 minutes after seeing me! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I saw a couple that I knew from before and they said things had gone down hill in the last 2 years or so. They told me the only reason they still go there is because it's close to home and they never eat they only drink. I noticed a lot of new people working there as well as customers. Not sure what happened but I will not be coming back to this establishment!!
