HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
I would never shop at this store again unless they hired new staff. When I asked for information to speak with someone in-charge to express my complaint they refused to provide me with a Manager or owners name. All they would say was to call in a month because there was no one there until next month. And when I asked for the name of the employee who was assisting me she refused as well. There were about 5 people standing around whom I assumed were also employees and they all refused to provide me with a name. So what started out as a minor incident that could have been easily resolved turned into a big drama.
