Filthy. For years David Kwans on Dunlap was the best of the buffets, The food was magnificent, how ever the place started getting run down and was plain old dirty, so I stopped going, it has since closed. Then I found the newer locatation, on Camelback, in a very short time it became even worse then the Dunlap one. I then try again with the new one on Bell road, it was clean and neat the last time I was there, it has now changed owners and the food is not as good.

David Kwan has the best chinese buffet food in the valley (I have probably tried 90% of them), Hopefully the Camelback site is closed if not the city should close it down.
