This treasured practice is believed to be a timeless path of unity, connecting the mind, body and spirit. The essence of yoga is to offer individuals a new way to achieve overall healing, strength and flexibility. There's Intro to Yoga, Intro to Power Yoga and Power Yoga for customers at all levels. There are also specially designed yoga classes for children 5-10, seniors, and pre- and post-natal mothers.
