Best Patio. The Biltmore has the best patio to escape with friends. Plenty of fire pits and heaters to go around. Plus the chairs are very comfortable. The coffee bar is close by plus the bar staff will come by to check on you. Two thumbs up!

Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Great day away. I booked a night at the biltmore last week even though i live right in town. I just needed a night away to escape. it was perfect. The biltmore has an amazing spa which is the perfect get away! I drank these refreshing cucumber and sake cocktails all day long and treated myself to literally everything they offer!!

I can't wait to go back again!

Great for locals and visitors. My friends and I will get rooms and just hang for the weekend at the pool, get massages and relax. I also had my girlfriends parents stay there when they came to visit and they loved it!

If your expectations are low, this is the right place. First off, I'm comparing this resort to similar resorts like The Phoenician, Royal Palms, Four Seasons, etc. where I have stayed and I rank it about a 2.5 out of 10 for a few reasons.

The first room we were put in had a very large and live critter on the floor. This immediately turned my wife off, so we moved to the next available larger room, a cottage. The cottage was clean, but the TV had a horrible picture (snowy) and the online system (for ordering movies) was broken. After several calls to the front desk and being told "engineering was looking into it", we just gave up. Ok, a rough start, granted a TV isn't everything, but I expected it to work with football on.

For dinner, we invited a few family members out to dine with us, so we decided the Wright Grill looked to have a good menu and had openings. A few of us had beef filets which were supposed to be medium-well, but ended up being closer to medium rare. To further add issue to our night, our niece received her pasta off a kids menu that was so spicy hot, it upset her. After trying it, it almost made my eyes roll with water. Unacceptable. The rest of the food though, was fine.

That next morning, the shower would on and off spew out brown/orange stuff onto us. So, we called about it and received the same, "engineering will look into it". I still am not sure what this stuff was, but we're not into showering with crud in the water.

During our visit, my wife did have three sessions at the spa and had nothing but good things to say. I also had good experiences at the cafe, front desk, pool, room service, but the lack of follow thru to our problems (albeit minor), prompted us to check out early.

The grounds of this hotel and architecture are amazing and add to a good experience. I however, would not stay here again based on my experience. Compared to other luxury hotels in the area, we would tell our friends to check out the Four Seasons, The Phoenician, Royal Palms, etc.

An ultra-luxurious resort with all the amenities, which set the standard for rest of the Arizona.. In Short
It's an archetype and a classic that set the standard for the rest of the Southwestern resorts. It was built in 1929 with the help of famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright, whose trademark style is evidenced throughout the property. The resort grounds are equally stunning with a backdrop of the nearby Camelback Mountain and Squaw Peak. There are two 18-hole golf courses, an 18-hole putting course, eight pools, seven tennis courts and a full-service spa.

Beautiful resort and excellent value. We stayed here last week during the off-season and were pleasantly surprised. We were told there would be construction, but this was not an issue or obstruction. The architecture was amazing. The grounds were beatiful. The pools were well maintained. There was a mixture of families, couples and groups of friends. The service was nice and efficient. The Biltmore is an EXCELLENT VALUE!!!

huge rooms, clean amenities, friendly staff. just finished a 7 day trip to this resort for a work conference and am wishing I could spend a few more there! The rooms were enormous and very well equipped, nearly as large as my tiny NY apartment!

I didn't get a chance to try andy of the spa packages but I did get to go in for the free jacuzzi, steam room and sauna!

All in all it was probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at!

Arizona Biltmore. We stayed recently at the Biltmore and found the spa, the main lobby and the view to be the strong points.

Our room was in the main building and directly overlooked a large interior courtyard. The Biltmore is a destination for large business meetings. Large corporate tents and large groups of people in dockers pants and polo shirts congregate in the courtyard for their evening functions.

Adjoining the courtyard is a seating area. The visitors will sit in the seating area, drink adult beverages and tell stories that business people tell when required to gather on an annual basis.

So.....If you are seeking a quiet, intimate getaway where manuevering between business travelers and not being able to get a quiet rest because of the "noise" from downstairs is not your thing, I'd suggest looking elseware.....but if you like this sort of thing, the Biltmore is your place...
