Totally unreliable. Bought a watch for $10,800 and had it serviced 5 times in the first 3 months I owned it. The last time I brought it back I asked for my money back and was informed that the owners had just been sued and that there was no money to give back. When I told the owner, Tim Wesley, that I did not want the watch back he threatened to keep the watch and my money. He then offered to fed-ex it back to me. Supposedly it was mailed back but I never received it. I have been waiting for him to return a check to me since March 06.
Cons: Never returns calls.
