Not bad....but... Lucky Boy used to be fantastic! The last two time I've been there, both in 2011, it just didn't seem the same. The staff seemed much less enthusiastic and the food, while still good, really didn't stand out from any other hamburger joint in that neighborhood. Get you act together guys!

Did I Say Extra Crispy?. The frys were burnt, dark brown! I took them back and the owner was a complete jacka--, acted as if it was my fault that they were burnt. Horrible customer service, I will not return

Best burger joint in Phoenix. Cool little neon burger joint in Central Phoenix on 16th St. just north of Osborn. Family owned and run - husband, wife, sister, kids all work there. Burgers are made fresh to order and are plenty tasty. French fries are half gone by the time I get home. Shakes are thick and frosty. Nice and clean in-side but nothing fancy. Just great service and good food. My wife and I have been regulars for years now and they know our names. Seriously, I can drive up and they recognize my truck. I hold up 1 or 2 fingers for how many burgers I need, and they know our order by heart. I drive past the order box to the drive up window and catch up on the family news while my burgers are cooking. These people really appreciate your business! Since it is family run, the hours are limited. They close at 8 PM M-F and 6 PM on Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

Good, non-chain burgers and fries - at a classic little roadside joint - boycott the chains!. Found this place looking for "burger joints Phoenix" on the internet. Took a flyer and tried it. Drove through with my teenage son. So, I can't comment on the seating, which looked limited.

He had a strawberry shake, I chocolate. Great flavor. Maybe made with soft-serve ice cream? Not a classic shake from a soda fountain, but good, and huge! Way better than anything Ronald has ever offered.

Burgers also very good. Lot's of interesting choices beyond the typical burger/cheeseburger. Fries were perfect and salted with seasoning salt - very fresh and hot. The fries were the first things to disappear down the pie hole! Burgers on average quality buns, and the toppings weren't top shelf, but toppings were plentiful and the patty big and flavorful. My son wouldn't eat his burger because it had too much garnish for him - still in the nothing green is worth eating phase, I guess. But, picky eaters be warned, these burgers come with plentiful toppings so be specific when you order if you want it plain.

Finally, this is a classic roadside place. A charming old structure if you are interested in that sort of thing. Seems like it has been there a long time and, based on the quality of the food and the crowd that was there at about 3 pm on a Saturday, I think it will be there for a long time to come!

Avoid, Terrible. Well i heard from my brother that this place was awsome, and when i tried it was NOT i called him up to let him know what i though of it. I said he was probably drunk when he ate it and can't remeber if it was good or bad. Needless to say food is terrible i ended up going to Mc Dondalds that night. So if you want bad food and brown French Fries that are tastless then this is the place for you.

The best burger i have ever ate. Lucky Boy has the best burgers i have ever ate they are aboustely delious....There fries are homemade they have the best shakes if your looking for a great burger joint come here i give it two thumbs up

Take a spoon. Hand made malts that are to thick to drink with a straw!
