It's great if you like chewing on broken glass! We decided to try this place because I found what I thought was a good deal on Living Social. First of all the voucher never stated that it could not be used on the Tuesday and Wednesday specials or for any happy hour drink pricing, but the restaurant told me I could not use the voucher if I wanted the specials. SECOND, and MOST important, there were broken shards of glass in my son's food that he bit into and pulled out of his mouth! In any professionally run restaurant this would have had the manager at the table immediately with an apology and a completely comped bill and an offer to have the child checked by medical professionals. The waitress did take my son's entree off the bill, but I really felt like it was not enough and the situation was taken too lightly. I am considering contacting the health department. Not being a bitter person, I still left a full 20% tip on the full value of the bill before the certificate discount because the waitress did provide good wait service and that is what the tip is for. She had no control over the problem with the food, she just served it. On a lighter note, the "full Greek experience" they advertise with the traditional breaking of plates was not available (maybe because they were all in the food?), nor were the bellydancers and music. All in all, I would warn people from going there, and am going to request a full refund on my voucher. I am so sad and disappointed with the experience. This is a restaurant in my neighborhood,and I had high hopes of it becoming a regular place to take my family. Oh yeah.... later this evening I opened my "to go" box to have a little nibble of my food (which I had no complaints with at the restaurant) and FOUND A PIECE OF BROKEN GLASS IN MY FOOD AS WELL!!! I just tossed mine and my other son's leftovers into the trash!

Bacchanal is fun, fun, fun and yummy, too.. It seems that while most restaurants are just different versions of the same thing, Bacchanal is a truly unique experience. The idea of being entertained while dining in a romantic setting echoes of yesteryear. But that is just what you find here. The food is great, the service is very attentive and it is so much fun. You should plan your entire evening around it because you won't need anything else!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!. We were lied to and cheated on the bill. I went for my birthday and to celebrate my gold medal win in the World Championships for Grappling. We had a group of 35 people. The waiter, the owner's son, said that my friend, a Navy seal and a wrestling team member, left without paying the bill. We argued the bill with the waiter. But nothing was done. Later on my Navy Seal friend said he did pay. Bottom line. We had to pay an extra $30 and the waiter lied to us saying our friend dined and dashed. Customers beware of hidden fees.

Hmmm, you might want to pick a differnet place guys!!!!!!!!!!. I was very disappointed with the food. When I think of greek food, I think of huge portions. This was not the case at this restaraunt. Not only were the portions small but the food was not very good. I must say that the entertainment is good. I would definately visit one time just for the fun, but I would definately not return for the food. The alcohol prices are through the roof........... and beer was not cold. Even the waiter let us know that in advance.

SOOOO MUCH FUN!!!!!!. I wanted to plan something different for my husband's 31st birthday, so we got together a group of 16 and headed to Bacchanal off of Citysearch's review. It wasnt much to look at in terms of location and curb appeal, and I was worried that it would be seedy. Boy was I surprised!! It was sooo much fun!! The food was great, the service was excellent, the entertainment was the best. I have friends calling all the time saying "When are we going back??" We danced, broke plates, was a blast!!

Great place, great entertainment. Plan on spending all night here. They do dancing on the floor, the breaking of the plates, all in all a great place to eat!
