The Worst Customer Service I have ever Experienced.

Beware when ordering your Wedding Cake from Barbs. My cake was not what I ordered and Barb would never return my calls. I finally spoke to her husband who was very rude and agreed to give us a free cake for our one year anniversary. Called a year later to order my anniversary cake only to be called back and verbally abused by her husband. To say the least I never received my anniversary cake. Buyer Beware!

Horrible customer service...they left us without a wedding cake the day before the big day!

Watch out! when I went to pick up a wedding cake (on Saturday afternoon) for a family celebration on Sunday--the Barbs Bakery staff had not baked the cake...and had left my confirmed order on their "pending" board...so it was never made. No appoligy...no sorry...no suggestions on what to do to find a wedding cake on a Saturday afternoon...nothing. Just a unfriendly employee that just strugged his shoulders and said, well...the order was not completed (by their staff), so we didn't execute on the order. Now...if you saw a pending wedding cake order...wouldnt you try to confirm the order?????
Again, no appology, no empathy...NO SERVICE...and no wedding cake.
A HORRIBLE experience!

I went in to taste different wedding cakes and came out so happy! The best thing about this place is that they make great tasting cakes. Don't expect to go in and find a nice looking place, it is like any other bakery inside, however the customer service was great and the cakes and the icing tasted amazing, so I will use them to make my wedding cake! The drawback would be that they don't have a lot of wedding cake pictures so if you are a bride to be, just bring ideas and possibly bring some pictures for them to look at. That's what I did and they were very receptive to all my ideas.
