Very Disappointed. I was very disappointed in this company. I ordered an double Americano, and the barista (if you could call him that) proceeded to mix drip coffee with hot water. So i kindly explained that an Americano is espresso over hot water. He was unsure how to pull a shot, so he had a co worker do it. The shot that she pulled was at best 6 seconds. A monkey could have made a better drink.

As a vistior from out of town, I was very disapointed that a place that seemed to be packed and popular made such aweful drinks.
