Tucked on a corner in the middle of Phoenix is the this modest, hometown course.. In Short
It almost became a mirage last year when a local developer planned to tear it down. But the neighbors and the City of Phoenix failed to yield. The tiny neighborhood course has survived and continues to offer affordable green fees. Even the acreage across the street, which features donkeys, goats, chickens and ducks, is alive and well. You gotta love it when the rooster crows right as you're coming down on your backswing.
