Editorial Review for Richardson's – by Nikki Buchanan
In Short
Crowded and smokey? Heck yeah. But for legions of loyal fans, that's the beauty of this casual Southwestern/New Mexican restaurant and bar--a quintessential neighborhood hangout for nearly 15 years. This pueblo-style place boasts a big U-shaped bar where there's room for everybody. Try the Chorizo-stuffed pork chop, the Sandia chicken or a slew of New Mexican specialties. For brunch (offered daily), the eggs Benedict ladled with jalapeno hollandaise is a popular choice.

My fiance took me here on one of our first dates and it has become my favorite place to eat. The service is always wonderful and the food delicious. Its become even better since the smoking ban in Arizona. We always recommend Richardson's to family and friends, and take out of town guest there. The copper table tops and table candles give the restaurant an inviting glow and the fire place in the winter keep it cozy and relaxing.
Pros: The atmospher is enchanting
Cons: There is very little parking
