Showcase Honda

Showcase is far from what it used to be. First off, when they bring you the payment amounts for the vehicle, it's far above the actual payment amount. We were looking at purchasing a $25k car with $10k(trade in) down and they quoted us nearly $500 a month for 72 months and 5.79% APR. When we stated that was high, they offered to drop the payment down to under $300, claiming they would give us more for the trade in and lower the price of the car. The payment should have started below the $250 mark. Secondly, I've purchased 4 different vehicles from Showcase over the years, each time trading in my current car and NEVER have I had any issues until now. They took my keys and REFUSED to give them back. It was only after 20 minutes and us threatening to call the cops that they handed them back to us with a snide remark. The reason I wanted my car keys back? They didn't have the Honda I wanted in stock, so they were going to sell me what they had or they weren't letting me leave.…

Wonderful Experience. Absolutely wonderful experience with Showcase Honda buying my 4th car from them. I brought my dog so she could test drive in the passager seat. She was given so much attention. I have decided to buy my finacee's Cherookee Jeep from them too, as they own several Jeep dealorships in town and can arrange to have the ones he is interested in at Showcase Honda, a much closer dealorship to our home.…

Showcase has earned my loyal business. Before moving to AZ, I had dealt with the same car dealer for nearly 20 years. I found another Honda dealer in Phoenix right away but was extremely disappointed with their business practices and after over a year of dealing with them, needed to find someone new. I was referred to Showcase by a friend. I was immediately impressed by Deneen at Showcase. I explained to her what happened with the other dealer, I told her what I was looking for and I told her what I was willing to pay (which was a price i wasnt even sure she could get to). Within a week, I was driving home in my dream car that I had purchased at my dream price. Deneen and the people at Showcase were awesome!!! They were straightforward, honest and made me feel that I was the only customer they had (even though the showroom and lot were full of other customers). I have definately found a dealer for the next 20 years.
