Never ever ever purchase a car here. I have been a Nissan owner for the past ten years and never have endured such bad customer service the entire time. I can't wait to trade in my Nissan down the street. They were not up front with me, did not communicate with me, and totally could have cared less about the trouble or wasted time I endured. After being told I was approved for an Altima, 20 days later, I was phoned by some random person (Jose) at ABC telling me to come in to fill out more paper work, little did I know that until sitting down with Jose that I needed to come up with 1,500.00 more dollars down for the car. He was rude, not concerned, and literally left me to sit for 25 minutes. Tyler, the one who sold me the vehicle was not honest with me either even after me telling him I did not want the vehicle until final approval was made. David did nothing for me and was rude and told me I was lucky he even called me back and told me that I was no longer a customer even though I still have my two year old Nissan which I purchased from them. I was totally blindsided, did not receive proper communication, and was treated worse than any other time that I have ever purchased any of my vehicles. They have no idea what they are doing there. ... If you want to purchase a car and keep your deal, Please save yourself some time and don't go to ABC Nissan.

No concern for their customers, perspective customers, or anyone except the dollar they are attempting to retrieve. Worse place to purchase a vehicle. Find another dealership in the valley that has ethical standards, trained professionals, and morals!!!!!

This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 STAR. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Amazing SERVICE Dept and SALES. Everyone from the time I opened my door in the parking lot was courteous and professional. Ed Edmonds exceeded my expectations and helped guide me through the car buying process. He was honest, knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car!

This is not my first time buying a car from ABC Nissan. The entire team in service and sales are always a pleasure to do business with!

I will send anyone and everyone I know looking to buy a car to see Ed Edmonds at ABC Nissan and Anthony LaBarbera in service!

awsome! =). Bruce is awesome person to Deal with. He calls me once a week to see how I am loving my new car! I also just got into a little rumble with another vehicle and he is working his hardest to Help me the best he can. I honestly can say I have a Friend in the Auto Business. I appreciate his help every day on every thing that I need. He is awesome to talk to when I have a question about my car, and he always helps me and finds the right answers. Thank you Bruce and ABC Nissan for helping me out and giving me the best QUALITY service!

GREAT!!!! Two Thumbs Up!. I have been working with Bruce for about 5 months now. While I have not been able to purchase a car at the moment, Bruce has been there to guide me for when I do finally purchase the car. Per his advice I checked my credit and discovered that someone had tried to use my idenity. Bruce has been extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a Nissan, Bruce is the person to work with!

thumbs up!. A great business man indeed, working with Bruce was exceptional. He was very honest, cut to the chase, he knows his stuff and basically, approached sales the way I like it no messing around and get down to business. I'd just like to say thank you Bruce for all your help you have gone above and beyond to make it happen! Thumbs up buddy all the way from Hawaii.

Bruce was a big Help!!!. I visited the dealership in need of a new car and Bruce was a big help. He helped me find what I was looking for that was in my price range. He was very knowledgable about everthing and was very easy to talk to. I will definitely go back there and refer abc nissan to my friend.

Thanks so much!!!!. I enjoyed my experience and walked away very happy with my purchase. I did not feel like I was getting yanked around like I have with other dealerships. This team was the best and I am so excited to be driving around in my new 2011 Altima. Thanks so much!!!!

WONDERFUL. Bruce was WONDERFUL to work with on our deal. Not only did we come home with two great new vehicles, the payments were lower that what we expected!! Bruce was with us each and every step of the way to ensure we received the best deal possible. There is no need to go to any other dealership. Go to ABC Nissan - everyone is so helpful and friendly - they will do everything they can to make you a happy customer!!

Wonderful Experience. I Had a WONDERFUL Experience over at ABC Nissan! I walked in, Asked for Bruce, Out he came immediately! I originally went in for a used car, but ended up purchasing a new car! Very excited, I never thought I would purchase a Nissan, but I love it! Bruce was VERY friendly , VERY honest, Very Helpful. We went on the Free with with my Test Drives, and he was Very Friendly and fun to talk with. I would recommend him to any one who is looking for a new or used vehicle. They have top of the line service, and they know how to take care of a person. I didn't feel heckled, I didn't feel that I was there so he could make a deal. I felt VERY comfortable, he gave GREAT Advice as well and many many recommendations. I will forever go back to see him!
