Bummer. We bought five Anderson Doors #2579512 from Asilco Windows and Doors. Asilco came highly recommended by our neighbor, so we never compared or checked around. The doors were very expensive. However, we felt the locking system was above average. The door from the kitchen to the patio seemed to start sticking. Most the time we couldn't get it locked or opened. It became very dangerous. Inspite of numerous calls to Asilco they have as of yet to show up to fix or reset the door or make the necessary adjustments so the door would be safe again. Asilco did not show up on the days promised, didn't return calls when promised and in general wasted my time waiting for them. They have left us in a dangerous situation. These doors are still under warrenty... We are now making efforts to call Anderson Doors, as we believe they would not want to have Asilco as a representitive of their product.. I personally hate companies like Asilco where they take your money and run. They don't back their work and they don't care. I would not recommend this company.

Door installations. Poor door installation, service, warranty or work and customer satisfaction. We would never use this company again.
