Phoenix >Primary Financial Svc
RE: Mr Fuentes.
This company is the worst example of of a debt collection company I've ever seen. This guy Mr. Adam Fuentes (probably not his real name) has on a # of occassions called my wife...yelling at her..threatening her...and has to be the rudest sob I've ever dealt with. The last laugh will be on him when a law suit will be filed against Primary Financial, Adam Fuentes and Wells Fargo. To use threatening and harassing tactics is not the way to handle the situation. Adam Fuentes has done this numerous times..and now I've had with him and Primary Fuentes. I've instructed my attorney to pursue legal action against them. They will no longer have the ability to violate the laws clearly stating that no debt collection company is allowed to act in this manner. The sad this is I had a 6 month arrangement I just completed in Dec 2010...then they illegally took out a payment in Jan 2011...without my permission. Then today Mr Fuentes called and yelled / harassed my wife for no reason..as I was going renew the arrangement. Now due to the outburst and behavior from Mr Fuentes who represents Primary Financial...enough is enough...as I've started the process and had the necessary discussion with my attorney. It's about time someone stops this crap from people like Mr Fuentes and companies like Primary Financial. C U in court!!
They don't deserve 1 start but unfortunately you have to click on 1 star in order to publish this review.
No contact and no hours. These folks call, then do not even have the correct person they are looking for. Then we try to call back and tell them, well their recording does not list the hours of when they are open and the extension we are given to call does not even match up to anything. What kind of rink-dink outfit is this??
Primary Financial and Wells Fargo. Primary Financial services Wells Fargos HELOCS. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I am not the home owner, not the person that owes them the money. I am a third party that is trying to get a short sale or settlement done. They will not help you, talk to you or do anything to get this resolved. No wonder we are in a crisis if we have people like that handeling our money and our debt. AVOID THEM!!! They are the rudest people ever!!! I can't believe that a big corporation like Wells Fargo is associated with them. I wish I wouldn't have to give them a star, but this website made me! :(
PFS uses scare tactics and bullying.
The debt collection practices of PFS are abhorrent. My so called representative, Mr. Skapp, threatened litigation on behalf of Wells Fargo (who I owed in the first place), insisted that I was not capable of paying my debts after telling me what he was able to access, informed me that he will call any reference necessary to get in touch with me (which he did), constantly put words in my mouth OR twisted anything I said around to make me sound like an imbecile. Mr. Skapp is the one looking like an imbecile in my book. He's heartless. He's either an ex-con or was the short kid in class who had to become a bully to scare others into "liking" him. I'd love to run a credit report on Mr. Skapp and see if indeed all his bills are paid in a timely manner and heaven forbid, he actually has a debt. The last straw for me regarding PFS and the notorious Mr. Skapp was him laughing hysterically, calling me "Unbelievable!" and accusing me of basing my ability to pay off this debt on someone's "demise" or "life insurance". Perfect example of him putting words into my mouth. Hatefulness is beyond my scope of comprehension. What a surprise that he failed to mention the call was being recorded. Still havent' decided what I'd like to do about that. One would think, if you had the proper experience as a debt collector, that you'd be able to determine who are the down on their luck, bill paying citizens from the flakes.
Mr. Skapp, I'm sure your job is quite thankless. One day, you'll have a ridiculous debt that you have to pay and someone will treat you the same way you have treated others. Hopefully you'll be able to take what you dish out.
