Best Italian by far!. Have dined at this established for quite a few years & my review is overdue. Food and service is excellent - never misses a beat.We dine here at least once per week, sometimes more. Bernardo is truly an awesome chef and now Alex has taken pizza to an all-time high - awesome! Not only is the food fabulous, but every meal turns into at least 2 given the very generous portions. We grew up in the Northeast where terrific Italian food is a given - Harleys now brings that same standard to the southwest. Kudos to Lynn & Mike for running a great establishment along with their staff: Rob, Roger, Albert, Oscar, Pablo, and of course Ed, Bernardo & Alex - great job!

Flavorful italian bliss. We are spending the night in phx before heading home to Indiana in the morning, and I came across Harleys on here when looking for dinner. It's one of the best ratings in the city, and I couldn't agree more. Both of our dishes were perfect. I Definitely will be returning next time I'm in Phoenix ($35 for 2 meals, an appetizer, and a drink) WELL PRICED for the quality of food.

Can't wait to go back!. My husband and I were going to the Phoenix theatre and I was looking online for a restaurant that was 2 $$ rating and close to the theatre and came up with Harleys. We could not have been pleased more. I agree with everything i_ryan said below. We had a delicious fried Calamari appetizer that was plenty to share. We both had a pasta entree, 1 glass of house red wine each, 2 cups of coffee and 1 cannoli for dessert and the bill came to 48.00. Everything was fresh and the sauce was delicious. And it only took us 10-12 mins to get to the theatre.

Excellent!. My partner and I just tried Harley's Italian Bistro for the first time last night, and it was excellent. The service was superb, the setting is very nice, the people are friendly, and the food is fantastic. This is not your same old Italian food, and the prices were reasonable. Give it a try!
